Enterprise
Each year LCVP students participate in Enterprise activities. 2003/2004 was no exception as students made and sold products including Christmas cards, jams, jellies, Chocolates, wall plaques, fertilizers and firelighters. Students held a very successful sales night just before Christmas. Parents, teachers and friends had the opportunity to browse through the stands and avail of the many bargains on offer. Students are currently writing up business reports on their activities.
Some Entrepreneurs got to meet the President, Mrs Mary McAleese at a Certificate Presentation ceremony for the Captains of Enterprise program 2003. Principal Mrs Coughlan Flynn, Teacher Mrs Bourke and Clare County Enterprise Board member, Pat Shannon were also there to witness the occasion.
